Finally another update, more free since teachers day is over ! :D YAY

anyways,

GREAT JOB EVERYONE for Mrs Lim and Mrs Sng Present! :D

GREAT JOB EVERYONE for the income of $96.30 for TEN last week! :D

HELLO WELFARE ! :D

TEN is opened already, - screams -

All the files & Stamp-it Cards are already in order and neatly placed in TEN!:D

So everyone on everyday duty must take responsibility in keeping the place neat and tiny, so everyone's working environment would be more convenient.

Standard Operating Procedure :

1) Open TEN door and lock the door

2) Walk to the table and place your bag on the floor

3) Arrange the Files neatly so that when there are many people in TEN, the whole place would be less messy

4) Release the Lock and switch on the ' The Eagles Nest ' light to indicate that TEN is opened.

5) Ask from the customer if he/she has the Stamp-It card already,

If yes : Request for this card and stamp it ( Record his stamp in the Name List )

If no : A ) Give the Stamp-It Card and stamp it ; B) Write he/she name on the card; C) Stamp it ( Record his stamp in the name list )

6) Be alert and remember to take note of the time when each session ends.

7) Once till 4.30 to 5pm, when there are not many people playing, you are allowed to close it. (Latest 5pm, 4.30pm is for Mondays)

8) Record the earnings of the day in the record book and leave the cash in an envelope ( Monday Duty people need to draw the table, while the rest just fill up the table)

9) Lock up the cupboard, then switch up all the Lights and Aircons.

10) Close up TEN and MUST lock the door at the linking way! and TEN main door

Monday duty people will take the TEN keys from either Clarice or me on Monday Morning.

Monday IC would take the TEN keys > Tuesday IC > Wednesday IC > Thursday IC would then pass the TEN keys back to Clarice/Me on Friday! :D

These are the main details of the meeting on 8/07/2009 and 15/07/2009 , Both Wednesday.

For those people who forgot and did not come:D

1) Finalised New Duty Roster

This will be the new duty roster, including the new Sec1s.

Monday: LinJing, WanRong and Matilda (Daily IC – LinJing)

Tuesday: YuCheng, WenLin and JunYu (Daily IC – YuCheng)

Wednesday: RuiMing, Bryan, CuiWen, LiDan and Lynnette (Daily IC – Lynnette)

Thursday: Melvin, Joshua, ShangLe and Selina (Daily IC – Selina)

*Sec3s will come on certain days to help out and guide the newcomers as there is not enough manpower.

2) Buddy System

--> LiDan, YuCheng, ShangLe and Joshua.

--> LinJing, Bryan, Lynnette and WanRong.

--> CuiWen, RuiMin, Melvin and WenLin.

--> Selina, CuiDan, Matilda and JunYu.

Seniors are to guide juniors though this buddy system, so the juniors can approach these seniors for help. Buddies are also supposed to work together on a proposal when needed.

3)Phone Line

4) Cleanliness Duty Roster

Sec1 councillors will mark for Sec2 and Sec3 classes respectively

Sec2 councillors will mark for Sec1 and Sec4 classes respectively

Selina and CuiDan > Sec1 classes

Wan Rong and Joshua > Sec2 classes

Melvin and Matilda> Sec3 classes

Lynnette and Yu Cheng > Sec4 classes

Although we already met up twice, but we may still need to meet again to do the promotion items to get everything done before we open.

Currently, TEN Opening is still further postponed till a later date.

Those people who havent paid for Council Fund ( Yu Cheng - $5) and Welfare Funds ( $15! ) Please pay by the NEXT morning meeting on 22nd July 2009!:D

ALSO PLEASE REMEMBER TO DO A COUNCIL TEE PROPOSAL by next morning meeting(22nd July 2009)! (:

Welfare tee design will probably be after this, Yup.

Our BBQ is on 17th June 2009~:D
At East Coast Park Pit 13, Area C
We will meet in school about 12pm (after lunch)!
To do the leftover touch up for our boards, then we go together to the BBQ pit together!:D
Yup, We need everyone to pay $15 to the Welfare Fund!(:

Finally done with the welfare blog. xD
I know that the background is really striking and distracting, so if any of you have any ideas of a better background, PLEASE DO TELL ME yea!:D

Latest Plan! >

On Saturday (30th May), everyone will meet at 10am at Concourse.

Then we will start drawing out the Boards!

Since Pubtions currently have no paint available, we will go outing after that ok!:D

Like go eat, and see what we wanna do. xD Heh.

Then on Monday, we will meet up to Start PAINTING our boards!:D

After Pubtions bought the paint, we can start painting. (Should be by monday!:D)
