1) Finalised New Duty Roster

This will be the new duty roster, including the new Sec1s.

Monday: LinJing, WanRong and Matilda (Daily IC – LinJing)

Tuesday: YuCheng, WenLin and JunYu (Daily IC – YuCheng)

Wednesday: RuiMing, Bryan, CuiWen, LiDan and Lynnette (Daily IC – Lynnette)

Thursday: Melvin, Joshua, ShangLe and Selina (Daily IC – Selina)

*Sec3s will come on certain days to help out and guide the newcomers as there is not enough manpower.

2) Buddy System

--> LiDan, YuCheng, ShangLe and Joshua.

--> LinJing, Bryan, Lynnette and WanRong.

--> CuiWen, RuiMin, Melvin and WenLin.

--> Selina, CuiDan, Matilda and JunYu.

Seniors are to guide juniors though this buddy system, so the juniors can approach these seniors for help. Buddies are also supposed to work together on a proposal when needed.

Sec2s

4) Cleanliness Duty Roster

Sec1 councillors will mark for Sec2 and Sec3 classes respectively

Sec2 councillors will mark for Sec1 and Sec4 classes respectively

Selina and CuiDan > Sec1 classes

Wan Rong and Joshua > Sec2 classes

Melvin and Matilda> Sec3 classes

Lynnette and Yu Cheng > Sec4 classes

Although we already met up twice, but we may still need to meet again to do the promotion items to get everything done before we open.

Currently, TEN Opening is still further postponed till a later date.

Those people who havent paid for Council Fund ( Yu Cheng - $5) and Welfare Funds ( $15! ) Please pay by the NEXT morning meeting on 22nd July 2009!:D
